A car is an important piece in people's life to be mobile in the world of today. Van Tilburg-Bastianen is one of the largest dealers for Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Daf, etc.. To make sure every finds the right car and receives the best service, TB asked Netvlies to help them create a new online platform and rethink their service model.
Through several sessions and design sprints, we helped TB acquire more insights about their customer journey and their end-users. We set up a perfect base to create a new website that enables people to find the right car at once and also get the best service throughout the whole customer journey.
One platform to rule them all
Because Van Tilburg-Bastianen is involved in so many different vehicles and brands, we wanted to make sure we created a solid platform which we could use for every purpose, vehicle and brand.
We initiated a master design sprint to create components that will fit every user. These components were translated into a solid design system, made possible by a Netvlies Sketch Framework, that helped us build rapid prototypes and products to test with users. We now have only one code base and one design system, that helps us create a variety of products fast without a lot of hassle.
